Mission
Our research group is committed to advancing the understanding and efficacy of psychotherapy. One of our research interests is self-efficacy, a transdiagnostic construct with significant impact on mental health. We have developed therapeutic interventions, including app-based cognitive-behavioral techniques, aimed at enhancing self-efficacy beliefs. Additionally, we are interested in identifying effective therapy augmentation strategies to optimize therapeutic outcomes and address pressing mental health challenges.
