I am currently pursuing my degree in Human Medicine at the University of Zurich, and I am set to graduate by September 2023.

As a former elite handball player, I am aware of the important role mental health plays in sports. For my master thesis I conducted a review on elite coaches’ mental health and how their mental well-being affects their athletes. My findings revealed that little is known about coaches’ mental health, prompting me to delve deeper into this area. To further investigate this issue, I have decided to design a questionnaire aimed at examining elite coaches’ mental health.
