Emilia has an academic background in art, literature, and psychology. She is trained and works as a psychologist and psycho-dynamic leadership coach. Her psychotherapeutic training is in psychoanalytical psychotherapy. At the University Hospital of Psychiatry Zurich, Emilia is conducting a study on the effects of psychedelics on leadership awareness.
